CrossFit East Kilbride

We are the home of CrossFit East Kilbride, through which we offer coach-led group training focused on strength, conditioning and overall performance.

With six CrossFit classes offered each day in our state-of-the-art East Kilbride gym, we provide structured sessions designed to challenge you at the right level – whether you’re new to CrossFit or experienced.

CrossFit can be scaled up and down depending on your fitness level, and our experienced coaches are on hand to ensure you’re safe and achieving the best possible results.
